Redeem online via "Redeem Now" on beretta.com/en-us/rebates: create an account, enter firearm details, choose Digital Prepaid Card or Beretta Gift Card (choice is final), upload dated sales receipt showing payment and serial number, photo of serial number on the firearm and a copy of the completed Form 4473. Allow 4-6 weeks after approval.
