Federal P470SA Premium Safari Cape-Shok 470 Nitro Express 500gr Swift A-Frame (SWFR)

The Federal Premium loads start with the finest primers, which are subjected to more frequent inspections for dimensional tolerances and charge weight to ensure they deliver consistent ignition for every shot. Next is the propellants, which are specially formulated to meet Federal's stringent specifications. These clean-burning powders are of the highest grades in the industry. They're consistent and reliable. Lastly, the casing. The precision-built cases in most centerfire Premium loads feature nickel-plated brass that defeats corrosion and aids in sleek, smooth extraction in even the most extreme conditions. Those who hunt game that hunts back trust their lives to Swift A-Frame loads. The bonded front core and progressively tapered jacket produce controlled expansion and energy release. The design stops expansion at its optimum point and maintains a longer shank for deep penetration.
